1: Thornhill P&R. From the P&R go under the subway into Merewood Ave then cross to Delbush Ave. At footpath junction turn right and follow the path to the road at Forest Hill. Turn right then left along the High St. Keep ahead at main road but before the corner and the White Horse pub take the side road on the left. Keep ahead at path junction and follow path to bridge. Continue to wood and turn right, now on the Oxfordshire Way (Unmarked). At path junction at end of wood turn right then left at second path junction. At next junction turn right on hedged path. Turn left then right on the road and cross the M40. Keep ahead at cross roads into the village of Waterperry. There is a café, picnic tables and PC’s at the Waterperry gardens.

2: Waterperry Gardens. Rejoin the path skirting the gardens and keep ahead. At footpath sign cross to other side of the boundary and continue to the 18th Century Bow Bridge. Pass the mill, turn left at the lane and just past the church turn right through gate then bear left through odd gate and right through another before going along grassy path at edge of golf course. Turn right at footpath sign and keep ahead with trees on left. Cross watercourse and at end of plantation bear left to reach the A 418.

3: Crossing A418. Carefully cross and turn left along the verge. At the end of the lay-by take footpath on right to grassy path across meadow. Continue across stile then around properties. Turn right on unmarked footpath to lane, then jink left and right across field to residential road. Turn left here for The Fox & Goat pub at Tiddington and X20 bus stops. To continue walk cross into School Lane to stile then bear left across two fields and keep to the boundary up the hill. Bear right on the lane at Albury and follow the OW signs past St John the Baptist Church. Keep ahead up the hill and reaching white road bear right on the OW then left through the farmyard. After the gate bear left along boundary into Rycote Park.

4: Entering Rycote Park. Reaching the drive, turn right on footpath then double back past the 15th Century chapel. Follow the signs through the copse then keep ahead on enclosed path to wood. Again, follow the signs to reach the main road. Cross Rycote Lane and follow the OW signs across the golf course. Pass to the right of the club house and solar panels to reach cross-track. Leave the Oxfordshire way, turn left on bridleway and keep ahead on drive down the hill and into Morton. There is a seat at the war memorial. At junction by second seat turn left on minor road which leads to paved footpath. Turn left on cross-track, cross the cycleway with care and continue into residential area and around recreation ground. Continue to Thame High St and the X20 bus stops. The one for Aylesbury is opposite, turn left for the one to Oxford.
